You can imagine a great Emerald City of medicine and investment ROI, a potential Apple or IBM, in medicine, game changing potentially. Many of us obviously, believe we see the raw materials and "goods" for building the Emerald City ... and personally, I feel that safety profile and the first BTD look a lot like the foundation being built for the first of many pretty houses and buildings in the Emerald City. IOW the materials have arrived, the workers are busy building the first buildings for the city. Foundation dug and in place, looking forward to watching the framing and walls go up, carpet laid, appliances, and door knobs placed, For Sale sign switiching to Sold.

It's also nice to see what other properties are going for in other similar neighborhoods. When you build something, it is your baby, you want top dollar. I don't need "top" dollar haha, something close would be awesome though. Gotta believe a deal is in the works, pending valuations based on potential sales and values, pending regulatory.
