ANY sufisticated investor that wants to participate only has to phone the company and they would be happy to take your money at current share prices plus warrants. Be prepared to stroke a cheque for a 100k or more. If there are not enough investors phoning in to pony up that kind of dough then the insiders are doing the ponying up, it's that simple. This has been going on since Septemberish.
