I have the same read. I re-read the June 22 news release in its entirety and see nothing that would indicate that a second BTD has been granted. That news release referred to design aspects of BoM2 (CKD, NAFLD, SGLT2i), but all of this was not in the context of the BTD meeting for the first (and only?) current BTD for apabetalone. I have zero reason to believe that a 2nd BTD has been granted based on anything I have seen.
