AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

,,,,yes,,,,most directors are chosen by an inner circle and the only wild cards are those who are appointed by large or major shareholders,,,,,,its hard to bite the hand that feeds you! But on occasion we get a major who takes a large chunk of shares, gets a seat and disrupts the board to get business back on track,,, not very common to hear a board go against the CEO and his inner circle,,,these occur but out of the number of public companies that exist it is considered as being few and far between,,,it generally occurs as business developement morphs and either greed or incompetance becomes evident,,,,getting a role as a director in a publicly traded company is likable to getting a Senate seat imo!  Directors should be expected to have lots of connections and knowledge for guidence...

I do remember DM bought some shares on the open market a number of years back,,but if ya hold ruffly 4 million why buy??,,cuz they can always be granted and that will happen whenever they think its appropriate,,,,!
