I am curious what everyone thinks or hopes will happen when there is a somewhat positve news release etc.

IF Joe Retail did get interested, they would want to buy the stock at ask or slightly below ask.

Is anyone here  or any of the big parties going to sell at 0.85? 1.00?, $2.00?  I am not.

So, the volumes or the SP will not jump because Joe Retail is not going to bid $1 plus.

Day traders and shorters will play in these price ranges but, the vast majority are holding shares for the big hit and there are not may shares to be had at these prices.
