I think Apabetalone is worth a shot to make  SGLT-2 inhibitors more effective and the Big Pharma's know that. Several have invested a lot of time and money on them to date. Could be our time to shine, hopefully. What other small molecules are being used in combination with SGLT-2 currently, does anyone know?
