accchhhhhh.....the more I read the release the more I move to the opinion it will never happen,,,its all in the fine print on this one most likely,,,,time lines and approvals allow a good probablity for this PP deal to fail,,,,it seems targeted to those across the table and possibly a negotiating strategy or tactic,,,,,,,,jmo
