Hmmmm. Shareholder approval is only required if the PP is from an existing shareholder of 20% or more of common stock "or" if the PP will result in a holding of 20% after the PP. So guess it's not that bad but does not seem a deal is imminent or why the PP? Maybe a sweetheart deal for a loyal shareholder?  It does happen. Still any major shareholder putting up cash is good but we do get further dilution. The saga continues....
