And I do think you're very likely to be right.  

The way a full buy out happens is if either the RVX portfolio fully or nearly aligns completely to a BP's strategy and roadmap and who sees the full RVX/Zen potential or some other BP decides it's just easier to buy it all given the complex structure and then later spins off whatever RVX components that don't align with their strategy and roadmap.   

The possibilities are endless here and so this isn't surprising me how long this is taking plus pandemic too.  

But like I said I do think we are nearing the end of regulation time in the game and I'd prefer to end it with any sort of win before having to go into overtime or playing for a tie.
