Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

I would hope they get this done before summer otherwise this will drag into the fall & we will be talking November before you know it which IMO is totally unacceptable.

Covid or not all the details of the deal along with the final deal shouldn't be delayed.

Covid or not it shouldn't slow down the lawyers etc from putting this together so by the time Covid clears out/by summer most of the elderly, frontline workers etc will all have been vaccinated + many more.I know in my City my mom who is long term care & my daughter who works in ER have both had their first shot.So again  this deal should be completed easily within the next 5 months - after all we were told by end of year 2020 while covid was still very much in play so no more excuses DM -  let's get both deals/rv/zen in the books ASAP.
