RVXOT and Telepanel,,,, I have been in the market for some 30+ years,,,,option trading for about 20 of them,,,,,holding and exercising warrants only once and still hold insider warrants in other companies at present,,,,,,,,yep,,, I understand what warrants are,,and how they work in relation to the floor trading price and what it means to a companys' dilution,,,,,we can agree to disagree over this topic I hope.

Managemnet of RVX on  the other hand has told us covid19 has delayed this company moving a deal forward and their science..,,,,such delays have impacted time and share price which is out of any shareholder/management's control....could it be seen as a force majeure circumstance...I think yes,,..its an opinion!,,,,,in addition, I find your position around having an acredited investor diluting us at $1+ which is 4X the dilution of retail investors with these WTs actually sort of disturbing...again,,an opinion,,!
