Thinking about picking up some Zenith on OTC, ZHCLF. I'm confused though (easy on the jokes please), I thought Zenith was a "private" company still at this point, and the only way in was thru PP? But it looks like I can buy Zenith shares on the OTC.

What's everyone's thoughts on the legitimacy of the public OTC shares of Zenith? If they are listed on the OTC, they are legit shares? Anyone with knowledge to share on this topic?
