For those that missed this on BNN yesterday. The Providence CEO blasted the Canadian government for their lack of support in developing their COVID vaccine while sending money to foreign companies. He claims that early last year, they were only one month behind Moderna but Moderna got financial support while they asked the Feds for a $200 million loan and got no answer. They now have the money to ramp up commercialization due to Chinese money. A very similar story to Apabetalone except they are moving ahead. There is also the apparent tunnel vision of politicians toward vaccines and ignorance toward therapeutics while scientists say both are needed.
