Are we not making an assumption, as stated by a number of posters, that the trial is being held up by Canada or regulators in Alberta? The Health Research Ethics Board (U of Alberta) trial approval was announced by RVX on Oct 12th. Given the year of delays RVX should have fired out of the blocks to start this trial immediately.

We were told by Don that the CRO was highly experienced in Canadian clinical trials. Why doesn't the CRO update Don?

And why doesn't Don give a us straight forward status report? This would alleviate a lot of speculation and frustration.

Is this due to lack of funds?
