The people being admitted to ICUs now are all anti-vaxxers.  If they didn't want to take the vaccine then why would they want to take something that, in their minds, regulates their genetic code or DNA?  Maybe it's simply a case of thanks but no thanks and I'll take my chances to try and recover normally. Nevertheless it does seem likely that something more universal is holdings things up. IR told fuzzy that they understood his frustration so it seems they are as frustrated as we are. It's a mystery for sure.
