Apabetalone could not only have a very large role in post covid treatment i.e for covid long haulers, but it could also prevent heart failure in patients suffering from diabetes and ACS plus other indications, in accordance with the prespecified analysis of the BETonMACE study. A bigger bang for the patients' buck, so to speak!
