10-41 all I see is that in June 2021 when Resverlogix launched the partnership with Eversana the SPP closed at 93 cents. Friday's close was 31.5 cents. Eversana is getting rich while the shareholders are still behind the eight ball. Should we not have been told the full deal with Eversana. Unless I have misread the latest financials and the MD&A, concerning Aversana, it seems like they are in command of the situation (contractually speaking) and make changes as they see fit to suit their interest first and maybe with no pushback from management because of their size and stature.
