Secondly, this type of person that you outlined could be easily attracted for the "upside" in the business world, if given true authority and true opportunity. That is the person we are looking for - true leadership and business ability and acumen, vision, experience, contacts, respect. Someone who recognizes the sleeping giant in RVX, and will command a competitive salary but will see the benefits of a job well done, and does not fear that type of challenge. A good salary and a LOT of upside with stock, for accomplishment, and a job well done. Need a Seal Team Six type of mentality.
