They have given themselves almost a year to get the financing. We know how often they have failed at that so don’t be surprised if one year from now, we are still waiting on financing. I hope not! That is what has been holding them up for years now.  I don’t see any clarity in today’s NR, just buying time. We still don’t have a COVID-19 trial and won’t have until they find some backing.
