Koo, no disrespect here, only positive part of RVX is the science.  With no funds available for P3.2 and no ability to raise capital without significant dilution to SP (from 12 cents to 2 cents guessing) all shareholders are at risk. Only way out for all is to sell company. Over the years many promises have been made, hopes were high. Now we are not allowed to even ask questions at annual stockholder meeting. Where is BoD and large investors? Liabilities increasing with no way to raise capital, current operating plan needs fresh look.  Sidebar, still holding, hoping
