Even though theoretically the stock would be worth 10x current value, without something positive and material occurring, it would likely just get back to the slide, possibly to the current floor again.

And then, you don't even have the power of numbers/quantity of shares, to matter, if/when news, marginal gains, or offers hopefully arrive. And yes, I do realize a cash offer is still just the amounf of money divided by shares for the pps.

Personally with this stock/company, I still prefer having a higher volume of shares, given the risk, and dependence on a positive new material event to move the needle. It's just not a stock that is going to appreciate on its own, or with changes in sales momentum (which does not exist).
