The November 01, 2021 PR said that RVX was in collaborations with the Kingdom of Morocco. There was no mention of Morocco funding anything.

The November 03, 2021 PR stated RVX was "collaborating with the Supreme Council of the Arab - African Economy under the leadership of His Excellency Dr Huni Abu Zaid". Again there was no mention of Moroccan money.

In many cases 3rd world countries are beneficiaries of someone else's money.

There is no question that RVX mgnt and board could have done a better job but don't let their shortcomings bring you down to their level. You post some good stuff, keep up the great job.
