tada, no I did not convert $6Mil to Canadian $. The amount owing based on the latest financials is $6.170 million US or $8,452,990.00 Canadian. (Rate used X 1.37)

Now, by my calculation, HL will own approximately 51.6% should HL choose to convert to CS.

This may end up being an exercise of futility anyway.
