08:24 AM EDT, 07/26/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Sandstorm Gold (SSL.TO) said Wednesday that in addition to a number of projects that are developing toward production, more than 400,000 meters of drilling is expected to be completed on its royalty properties during 2017.

Among the properties where the company holds interest are Cerro Moro in Argentina, where production is expected in 2018 as development continues, and Macassa Mine in Ontario, where Kirkland Lake Gold (KL.TO) reported high-grade drill intercepts from underground exploration drilling at the South Mine Complex.
