I Dont think you can compare another companies splitting of a company and in the case you are talking about it is truly different,but you are right people will value each new company in a different light.But if it makes both entities more agile then they shud both succeed. Remember the market was unkind to all juniors last year and SMH had to deal with little progress while negotiating with the natives and I believe David did an amazing job creating something in a terrible market and against some tough challenges
