Boy you guys are tough on this board. Well this old guy has had many jobs in life and many were all done overlapping the other while travelling much of the world. I think Mr. Bending is doing that also. When I did it no one company got preferential treatment over the other, I just spent more time during the 24 hour day working and served both companies with the same dedication. None of those were failures, I believe in the new world it is called multi-tasking.

Now if I found that an officer or anyone consulting with a public company was double billing or over billing one company against the other I would be shoving their stock at them so fast that they would wish they were never involved in the market. Then I would make life a little more miserable for them. That is not to say Shoreham is doing this. I like what they are doing along with Wintercrest and Mulgravian. In reading up on both I see Wintercrest focused on one project in Guyana and that is an old abandoned open pit with reserves left in the ground (I read about 2Million ounzes of gold). The former owners left it when gold prices fell. It makes sense now to go back and if Mr. Bending is part of that this is good. Mulgravian (IMHO) is coming into Shoreham as part of a financial package to explore. I doubt that the man behind Mulgravian is stupid and from my research he has some proven track success, so it makes sense for me to follow and be part of that stock when and if it ever gets listed.

Kazza - one thing you forget is the fact that Mr. Bending has a proven track record. He has a Masters in Geology and that is not done by sitting in some flunky university reading books. When he worked for various companies he found a lot of mineral and was part and parcel of many companies making some serious money. I think that showed when he went onto Marudi and Paint Mountain and looked what others did and through his own knowledge and experience he saw that those before him had read the ground wrong. And now here we are. My suggestion to you is that if you think that the company is doing wrong sell your position and invest in your own project. For me I will ask some questions of this management, make an educated decision and hopefully be part of their success.

And finally I am glad that the BCSC slapped these guys up the side of the head because that is probably just what the doctor ordered in an effort to get them focused and working properly. Time will tell.
