Does anybody not think that between Shoreham and other parties there maybe negotiations that can't be talked about till they are done. Especially if it is with a Government. As to Rexma who knows ,maybe they are on the ground,but are unable to start work. Such as equipment caught up in customs,or getting it transported to the site,or maybe it's there and they are having technical problems gearing up.

It's the same with all agreements like 5 star. There was an agreement in principle,but it took a year to get it put to bed. It took almost two years to get a MOU with the Sandy Lake Band up North which by the way is still not a full agreement,that still has to be worked out .
