I knew this would create a certain amount of confusion.....just what PQ likes to do. The reason I wrote it the way I did was to let everyone know exactly what I asked and his reply. I asked the question twice starting out the second time "I want to make sure that I understand this correctly". The answer was the same with Roger Scammell saying something to the same effect. Evidently, they need to drain and connect one of the existing claims of GHDC before they can do any mining in the Sinker Tunnel. You have to remember, the greed and hubris of PQ and company is world class. They will do anything that will enhance their own position, and trust me, all you have to do is look thru the 10Q's and 8K's to figure that out. In each company PQ and the rest of the Board gets a salary, a bonus, a stock bonus, a stock option plan, an additional salary for being a Board Director, and if any of their pay is in stock, additional stock to offset any tax liability. Now you know why there is so much dilution going on in both stocks. I don't like it any more than anyone else. Think of PQ and company like it was a dog.....he licks himself because he can.
