You said it Spiny: "CONTROL". No one is going to waste $ and leave the 'PQ' factor anywhere near control or even influence, in my mind. Big Bucks are involved in moving the project forward, paying for 'the sins of the father', assuring efficiency, instilling confidence in both management and a new BOD by the investors/shareholders, have solid experience and knowledge in mining and developing, hiring a motivated crew, working with Gov. agencies, dealing openly and honestly with shareholders in a timely fashion, inviting questions from shareholders, understanding that it is the shareholders to whom managment is accountable ... and so much more. MOST important of all is the promise of a very handsome return on investment capital and rich rewards for managment in return for success. What a change all that would be!
