Actually went and answered my own question by calling the company. The departure of Bruce and Arturo (and Eugene) is part of the business plan. They were there when TMM and SMR were just getting started. Now that TMM is coming into its own, with Silvermex soon to follow, it makes sense to allocate their resources differently.

In other words, it was a friendly departure and a sign of two growing companies.
