East India Company Fans ahoy!

A new designer's blog was posted today by East India Company's Nitro Games-developer Kim Soares. In this blog, he tells us in his usual way 'How a bunch of rules can create something fun'. No matter how unlikely it sounds, rules are what a game is based on! Kim also tells us what new 'rule' has been added to East India Company's gameplay.
