I need to correct something here.

Neil did not say that. Neil said "We are not stupid" meaning himself and the BOD. And it was related to me in the context of the special r/s resolution.

Bottom line: He and the BOD have no interest (read 'nada') in losing money because of specific moves or choices by the company (Spider Resources). If he can avoid using a reverse split, he will; but he wants that option.
