Question? Isn't CLF at their limit of KWG shares (percentage wise 19.9)...are they not in a position where they have to come with a friendly offer vs a hostile on the open market...and regardless of the offer from either company, doesn't it still have to be recommended by the BOD and voted on...unless SPQers sell out before the July 8 mtg. Mightr even be worth waking a sleeping giant like Algoma...
