Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sorry to not have been able to respond earlier but am trying to move to a new house and I think that's why I screwed up. I haven't been able to give the needed time to this.

In fairness to me I tried to get my discount broker to put the shares in my name and or dissent on my behalf and she said this couldn't be done. I then went through two days and eight lawyers which was fruitless.

I did get my registered letters to three places in time, but even today the Head Office was trying to figure out if they could actually send me the shares in my name which according to the rules I read had to be done. Apparently this hasn't happened in a long time. I did finally get hold of two different brokers who really tried desperatelty to help me to no avail. I think if I had gotten them earlier I would have been OK.

To answer your question finally, the response I got today was from their lawyer. I fully expect two more of the same !!!!!!!!!!

P.S. they did mention today there was another dissenter which I assume to mean only the one, which amazed me.
