I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

News Release - Early Warning Report

Kelowna, British Columbia (FSCwire) - - Further to an Early Warning Report filed pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, Kalt Industries Ltd. proposes to sell a total of 884,702 common shares of Strike Diamond Corp. ("Strike") at a price of $0.005 or higher through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Kalt Industries Ltd. holds 4,241,115 common shares of Strike representing 13.47% of the 31,484,361 common shares outstanding. Kalt Industries Ltd. is controlled by Mr. Kalt, who separately holds, as an individual, either directly or indirectly, 2,701,500 common shares of Strike or 8.58% of the issued shares of Strike. Calculated together , Kalt Industries Ltd. and Mr. Kalt hold 6,942,615 common shares of Strike representing 22.05% of the issued shares of Strike.

If Kalt Industries Ltd. completes the proposed sale of 884,702 common shares of Strike the resultant holding would be 3,356,413 common shares representing 10.66% of the issued shares of Strike. When calculated in combination with the holding of Mr. Kalt, the resultant holding would be 6,057,913 common shares representing 19.24% of the issued shares of Strike.

Kalt Industries Ltd. and Mr. Kalt intend to independently evaluate their respective holdings in Strike and to increase or decrease those holdings as circumstances warrant.
