I understand that their first attempt,( what seemed a century ago) was west of cartwight and came up empty. That I assume was based on the old model and trying to locate gold deposits on the SAM unit. With the new model and the shoreline basalt seemingly absorbing most of the gold before the fluids got to the SAM, I guess this drill will try to intercept the SB at one of the fracture zones. Let's hope it is as easy as finding 007 was once they figured out the model.
