R65, you're right...there aren't many sellers anymore....makes that WEL flow-through look more attractive everyday, IMO.

The problem with the JV here is that SGR is really in the driver's seat and there isn't much MMU can do unless SGR also wants to do it. Right now SGR's energy is focused so much on the new hinge that the Strike Point is not getting too much attention, IMO. Also, they haven't yet proven there is good grade gold there (even though I do think it is there -- just not publicly acknowledged, and perhaps not yet found). JMHO
