Hey thedukes, you may have hit on the one thing that definately sets TNX in a class of its own when it comes to Tanzanian. Jim is truly passionate about the idea of utilizing the powers of Tanzanian and its people. I seem to recall that Jim indicated that more than 80% of the employees are Tanzanian. Jim is also keen on deveolping the geological talents from within and utilizing whatever secondary support Tanzanian can offer. So most of the salary and secondary support dollars are being reaped by Tanzanians. This will definately be a WIN-WIN situation for TNX in future transactions. Also with TNX's willingness to see our government partners reap substantually more near term profits 45% as compared to the now 5.7% that they currently get. TNX is a 1st class act company.
