There hasn't been a 43-101 resource estimate using updated drill data, but maybe Robinson will do one. The word from Kinross is that it contain "a lot". They may want to keep the mine going to 2018 or 2019, but they only have very low grade from their existing pits, e.g. 0.1g/t left. Their production and profitablity would plummet without the Gil. Their other Kinross properties in the area have the wrong chemistry and are uneconomic.

Mark Robinson was I believe university adviser to the chief geo at Kinross at Fort Knox, so there is some respect there, and he is a senior and knowledgeable guy.

It's Kinross Toronto that calls the shots. They have been distracted (lots of South America issues) and and left the Gil for a bit late. Would love to be a fly on the wall and know what the Toronto boys are thinking. With John's latest move, they may be setting aside the notion of getting the Gil for next to nothing, and know they have to take Teryl more seriously.
