The Tirex land reights agreements with the government have some annual reductions clauses.

the current agreement applies to 4/24/2009 and allows for 3 one year extensions....out to 2012. however the reduction clause states that at the end of the 1st two year period a 40% reduction of area, at the end of the 1st year extension (year 4) 50% or original area reduced, at the end of the 2nd year extension 70% of original area, and at the end of the 3rd year extension 100% or original area.

has anyone had clarification on this toblc, it seems Tirex could lose all working efforts by 2012?
