I don't think they are looking to get rid of Lucy as there is so much upside to it. But what i do see is them shelving the project until the cost of NG goes up to previous levels. Right now no one wants to hear anything about gas as there isn't the revenue that there used to be.
Lucy will have her day in my opinion. For now something else is up.
