Tuscany has also included on this webpage the powerpoint presentation for the Brazilian buyout of Drillfor, the Brazilian Drilling company that Tuscany completed purchasing in May and it show the reasons for and the economics of the Brazilian deal.

Tuscany's new presentation is interesting in that it provides new information.

1) One drilling rig in Congo will be moved to Colombia from the Caroil deal.

2) The rig in Cameroon will be moved to Colombia from the Caroil deal.

3) Tuscany will end up with a total 18 owned rigs in Colombia. This represents 17% of the drilling market in Colombia (after the Caroil deal.) page 17 presentation.

4) Tuscany will end up with 11 rigs in Brazil. This represents 20% of the drilling market in Brazil (after the Caroil deal). page 19 presentation.

5) Tuscany will end up with 5 rigs in Ecuador. This represents 24% of the drilling market in Ecuador. page 21 presentation.

6) Tuscany will have 4 rigs in Congo. This represents 100% of the drilling market in Congo (after the Caroil deal). page 22 presentation.

7) Tuscany will have 3 rigs in Gabon. this represents 40% of the drilling market in Gabon (after the Caroil deal.) page 22 presentation.

8) "Easy to relocate rigs if necessary". This is stated on page 9 of the presentation. So as I suspected, Tuscany can pull any of it's rigs out of Africa to move to South America when ever they come off contract, if it feels like it.

9) Tuscany International drilling is hiring all of the crews with the rigs that they have taken over so that they have experienced drilling crews and managers with the buyout of Drillfor in Brazil and Caroil in Colombia and Africa so that Tuscany does not have to find and train drilling crews from scratch. This means that rigs can be put on contract right away will little downtime after the Caroil deal is complete.
