Hudson Bay signed a deal with Unxl a month ago that called for Unxl to pay interest on the note but also had an acceleration clause in it that Hudson could ask to be paid at any time in stock as opposed to cash and receiving interest. A scant month after signing the deal Hudson says give me the stock now and Unxl issues 400,000+ shares of stock and hands it over to Hudson. True, printing stock is dilutive, but we only had about 12.4 million shares out so we would still be under 13 million. Is that because Hudson likes today's stock price and wants to take the chance of the stock going up as opposed to collecting interest? If so could be quite bullish.
