Not sure exactly what it means. It talks of severance packages for Hawthorn and Russell and refers to things like "change in control of the company." Also talks about either of them taking a cut in pay of greater than 10% and how that would effect the severance payments. Maybe just covering something that had not been previously addressed, or is it possible that some sort of a merger or acquisition is in the works and things needed to be made clear immediately.
