I believe the transaction code P indicates that this was an open market purchase.  Not terribly important based on the dollars and cents, but may be an indication that upper management is making available as a hint.  People sell stocks for a myriad of reasons, people only puchase stocks for one reason.  With only a 5 day extension on the vote count, I believe that either/both they were very close to the number needed or they knew of some not voted shares that would put them over the top.  May hear today the results, if not, soon.
