This once-well promoted stock has declined from .25+ to sub-penny in a year.

Acquisitions and news pertaining mainly to Europe, followed by a change of strategy (and more news mainly from Europe), had made this stock a sub-penny stock.

This week, it has succeeded in staying above the one penny share price. There has not been any specific 'good' news but perhaps, the new direction is starting to have some effect.

DD with the press releases for the past year or so. From acquisitions to reduced debt level and pruning of poor performing units may start to show. IMO, a little too soon to opine one way or the other.

A newcomer may do well here. "Old" shareholders, like me, have a much higher cost per share. Again, your DD...
