Makes a lot of sense. Any bet to the contrary has to be based on a belief that Nuclear is over and I just don't see that happening ... unless we have a meltodwn, then all bets are off.

Otherwise, if you believe Nuclear has a future, this is as good as it may get. Don't bet the farm on a position, just leg in over the next 30 - 60 days.
