Allan, great commentary. A few thoughts:

1. That MIT report is starting to be questioned on the web. Just read an article this morning
2. Nikkei up 5.6% last night, so you are right there
3. Your thesis is generally correct. If you're not a buyer, you have to believe that nuclear is done - and that is highly unlikely.
4. Opportunity! Have a look at the table I posted today
