As a corollary to your excellent question, can anyone shed light on the likelihood of a combined economic deposit without reaching the FZ you refer to.They are way down deep at Sud, dozens of mines, but even at 10,000 ft have they aqctually reached the Feeder zone.? Is it economically essential or relevant other than as a superbonanza ? I tend to think of a giant open pit being the most economically inviting - how close to surface would the FZ have to be for economic mining ? Obviously that relates to size, so perhaps we could still be here three years from now with a $10 stock if sufficient resource is found before the FZ. Also, are Feeder Zone and motherlode the same concept, or is motherlode an actual mining term ?? Non-geo would appreciate your insights.
