Apparently Manitoba Tel. is testing them, or soon, and could get sizable orders in the near future if they like it. Don't forget, our new management has inroads there and at Manitoba Hydro also, I believe. The market is being cleaned up nicely over the past couple of days, and most buying in the past few months has been into tight hands.
